Workflow Integration
Our Performance Review module runs on top of our Business Process Workflow module which means that companies can design their own review processes that must be followed each cycle and even include custom forms, surveys, decisions and other types of activities within the performance review cycle. Review activities can also be included in generic (non-performance related) workflows.
KPA, KPI & Job Profile Libraries
Key Performance Area and Indicator (and any custom component type) libraries can be created and used to build generic job profiles that can automatically be used within reviews. Profiles customised during a specific review (i.e. Agree on Targets) can automatically transfer to the next formal review and even write back to the employee’s customised job / performance profile.
Flexibility & Customisation
Almost all aspects can be customised to tailor the system to the company’s performance management practices. Through templates, the layout and structure can be defined, rating sets and behaviour (select from list or manual ratings), how ratings / totals are calculated and displayed, participants and their roles and weightings and much more.
